For that extra security when tramping or climbing Nelson Lakes Shuttles can hire a Personal Locator Beacon at an affordable cost. From just $20 per week including new batteries and no hidden cost. You can have peace of mind enjoying your backcountry experience knowing that if you injure yourself rescue is not far away.
The Beacons can be manually activated or even remotely activated incase you are incapacitated. They are also automatically activated on your nominated panic day. The unit is small, light and easily slipped into the top of your pack. To keep the beacon working at it's best. We supply new batteries each time the unit is hired out. The batteries are yours to keep after hire.
To avoid disappoint you are advised to prebook your Personal Locator Beacon.
